The villa is situated at Calabay at Tower Lake community village. Calabay at Tower Lake village is located around a very large lake, with a variety of luxury villas and located near Haines City, Florida. It is a 50 minute drive from Orlando International Airport.
The villa has a comfortable lounge, leading out to the cover patio and pool. The dining area is spacious with a 8 place dining table.
Master bedroom 1 comprises of a separate en suite, including his and her sinks. Master bedroom 2 has an en suite which has a door leading to the pool. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both double bedrooms which shared bathroom, bedroom 4 has the Playstation for children entertainment.
There is a child's safety fence around the pool. There are chairs, loungers and a table around the pool and a luxury patio table with chairs to sit on and eat your meals, watching the sun go down in the evenings.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen comprising of large oven, microwave oven, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron provided.
Sleeping in the villa ~ Master bedroom 1 and 2 have Queen size beds with bedside tables and lamps, including alarm clocks. Built-in wardrobes, and matching mirrored dressers. Bedroom 3 has a double bed with matching furniture and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 4 has twin beds that can be put together to make a double bed, built-in wardrobe and Playstation 2. All bedding and towels are provided.
